INFORMATION DOCUMENT AND CONSENT TO THE TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA FROM THE PROPRIETOR OF THE SITE.
Pursuant art.13 Decree-law nr.196 of June 30, 2003.
Before giving us your personal data, please read the following information document carefully according to which “Personal Data” mean:
_ the ones we are asking you with this form and the ones we could ask you in the future during our activity in order to provide requested services.
_the ones you spontaneously supplied us, keeping in mind that you are not obliged to supply them to us.
_ no personal judicial data obtained through the web will be recorded and processed.
These data are collected by us with the only aim of answering to your professional and commercial requests, included the administrative/accounting management and also to fulfil the anti-laundering law; particularly, we will use those data in order to keep the compulsory accounting records demanded by law and/or regulations.
Data you supplied us will be processed both on paper forms and with electronic tools strictly for the time necessary to complete the action for which they were collected and will be, in both cases, correctly kept and protected.
Collected data can be :
_ at disposal of the proprietor’s collaborators, as a person in charge or a representative
_ communicated to third parties which cooperate and work on behalf of the company in order to supply you the requested services or transferred to another proprietor for external treatments, that is to a consultant of the company as an autonomous proprietor, for those aspects that concern them and according to the procedures demanded by law
_ no personal data will be released and will be deleted immediately after processing
4 The person concerned has the ability to exercise his rights described in Article 7 of Law Decree n. 109/2003, among which:
A To obtain by the titular, without any delay:
- The confirmation of existence of personal data, an update, a modification and an integration of data, the cancellation, anonymous transformation or the blockage of the data processed in violation of the law
- The confirmation of the operating procedures mentioned above have been highlighted also with regard to content to those subjects to whom the data has been communicated or divulged, except when this is impossible or this would require disproportionate efforts in relation to the rights concerned
B To refuse completely or in part, for legitimate reasons, the treatment of Personal Data, even if still pertinent for the task for which they were collected
The person concerned has the ability to exercise all his rights described in Art. 7 of Law Decree 196/2003 at any time by contacting the proprietor or the Data Security Manager.
5 We inform you that the Proprietor of the Treatment is the writer, with seat in Teramo, Via Ponte S.Giovanni n. 23 and that the Proprietor and also Data Security Manager has his domicile of choice, pursuant to the Law Decree 196/2003, by the writer’s office in which there is an updated list of the external subjects to whom data can be transmitted
